Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
This policy explains what MicroMultimedia Pty Ltd, Sydney, Australia, does with personal information collected through maxiqstatistics.com
The measurements, process data, documents and diagrams you build never leave your computer. We cannot see your data or documents, and we do not store them. You can elect to store your data on your own device.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you start a trial, buy a licence, or use the contact form. It is how we send your licence and sign you in.
- Your name and company.
- Your licence records: which licence you hold, when it began and ends, and when it was last used to open the software.
- Technical records: the IP address and browser used when a licence is opened, kept so that a licence being shared widely is visible to us.
What we do not collect
- Your data, from within the software.
- Card or bank details. These go directly to Paddle. We have no access to them.
- Advertising or tracking profiles. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who are the Merchant of Record. Paddle collect the information needed to take payment and to meet tax law, and handle it under their own privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy. We receive from Paddle only your email address, your name where given, and the fact and status of your purchase.
Cookies
One cookie, set when you sign in, which keeps you signed in. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite, holds nothing but a random session identifier, and is not used to track you anywhere. Paddle's checkout sets its own cookies when opened; those are described in Paddle's policy.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We hold your email address and licence records because they are necessary to provide what you have bought: without them we cannot issue a licence, let you sign in, or tell you when it renews.
How long we keep records
Licence and customer records are kept while your licence is live and for seven years afterwards, which is the period Australian tax law requires for business records. Sign-in links are deleted once used or expired. Contact form enquiries are kept as email correspondence.
Who else sees your records
Nobody, other than Paddle as described above and our web host, who necessarily stores the database the records sit in. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us using our contact page and we will answer within thirty days.
Deleting your records ends your licence, since the licence is the record. We will say so before deleting your records.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Where it is held
Our website and database are hosted in the United States. Paddle processes payments in the United Kingdom and elsewhere. By buying from us you consent to your information being handled in those countries.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and date it.
