Refund Policy

Last updated 18 September 2026

Thirty days. If Maxi-Q Statistics does not meet your expectations, write to us within thirty days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Why?

The trial is the whole product for seven days and asks for no card. It is extremely rare for a person to use a product for a week then realize they were mistaken. Consequently, our generous policy saves you from having to decide under pressure.

How?

Contact us via the contact form on our home page. Tell us you would like a refund. That is all that is needed.

You may also contact Paddle directly, the Merchant of Record for the sale, at paddle.net.

Time

We instruct Paddle within 5 working days of hearing from you. Paddle returns the money by the method with which you paid. It usually reaches you within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The licence ends when the refund is made, and the software stops opening. Anything you produced with it is yours and stays on your own computer: we never had it and cannot take it away.

Renewals

Licences renew automatically each year, and Paddle emails you before each renewal. If a renewal catches you unawares, tell us within thirty days of the charge and we will refund it.

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, which stops future renewals while leaving the period you have paid for intact.

Your rights

The software is intended for business use in Process Improvement Projects. If the software is faulty or is not as described, we will either replace the software, repair the software, or give your money back.
